These terms govern your use of the NINTA website and your participation in the Nigerian International Trade Awards. By using the site, entering the awards or registering as a voter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enter.
The Nigerian International Trade Awards (NINTA) is an independent, evidence-based recognition programme covering the international trade value chain, organised by Podhium (CSA). The 2026 edition comprises twelve award groups, with the ceremony to be held on 31 October 2026 at the Lagos Continental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.
Entry is open to organisations across the trade value chain, including exporters, value-adding importers, service providers and institutions. Public-sector and diplomatic categories (Groups 09 and 10) are nomination-only. NINTA may verify eligibility and reserves the right to decline or withdraw any entry that does not meet the published criteria.
Each organisation may enter up to three categories. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and supporting evidence you submit. Entries must be received by the published deadline. Incomplete or unverifiable entries may be set aside.
There is no entry fee. Entry to NINTA 2026 is free across all categories, for every organisation, exporter, importer, service provider or institution. Nomination-only categories (Groups 09 and 10) admit no self-entry. Attendance at the Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner is ticketed separately.
Entries are assessed by an independent panel against published, weighted criteria, and are subject to verification. Final decisions rest with the Grand Jury and are made in good faith on the evidence presented. All judging decisions are final, and NINTA does not enter into correspondence about individual outcomes beyond any published appeals process.
Submitting an entry and paying the fee does not guarantee shortlisting, nomination or an award. Recognition is earned on merit against the criteria.
Entrants must act honestly and provide accurate information. Any material misrepresentation, or any attempt to influence the judging improperly, will lead to immediate disqualification and may be made public. Judges are bound by conflict-of-interest declarations, and sponsors hold no influence over outcomes.
By entering, you grant NINTA permission to use your organisation’s name and logo for the administration and promotion of the programme, including in the brochure, on the website, at the ceremony and in related communications. Winners and finalists may use the relevant NINTA mark in accordance with any guidelines we provide, and must not use it in a way that misrepresents the recognition received.
Voter registration is free. By registering, you agree to receive programme updates from the Secretariat, and confirm that the details you provide are accurate. Award winners are determined by the independent judging panel.
The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and the NINTA identity, is owned by or licensed to CSA and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it except as reasonably necessary to take part in the programme, or with our written permission.
You agree to use the site lawfully, and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful material.
The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NINTA and CSA exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or participation in the programme. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
